The maintenance window is closed. Thanks for your patience once again. For the next hour, you can expect the server to run a bit slow at times. This is simply due to the server having to catch up with all of the activities that are syncing to the server from mobile devices across the country. It'll settle down shortly. Thanks again. If you encounter any issues, please submit a ticket and we'll get it looked at promptly. The SOVA Team

120 minutes in and still cranking along. I think we're getting close, at least for this operation. Got a few more things to run. We're working as fast as we can!

Data operations are continuing. LOTS of data is being migrated, some 18 million rows. Crazy! We're getting there. Thanks for your patience.

Finishing database migration of old data to backup tables. We will only keep 14 months of data in live database to speed up processing. Data is never deleted, just moved to a different storage area. All good!

We successfully updated our server instance to use improved hardware and are now working on some database maintenence tasks. We're making headway. Stand by!

Maintenance has started. The website is currently down while we work at improving the system. We appreciate your patience. Please hold off submitting tours or logging out of the mobile app until maintenance is completed. Mobile officers can continue working. Additional updates will be posted here as we progress. SOVA will be conducting a scheduled technical systems upgrade. We expect this process to take up to 1 hour to complete, however this estimated time is subject to change.
During this scheduled downtime, the web app will be unavailable. The mobile app will remain functional, we just ask that you do not submit tours during the maintenance window as doing so could result in data loss.
We know that this might be inconvenient for customers and are working to ensure this needed upgrade happens smoothly.
